BWRT and Unexplained Procrastination

I’m a keen painter of miniatures, so I was intrigued to hear when a colleague worked with a client who totally procrastinated when he had to finish a painting.

The painter would do all the preparation and get quite far into the project then something would just click in his brain. A nausea would take whenever he even thought about picking up a brush. If he did pick up a brush, a wave fatigue would flow through his mind and body causing his hands to shake.

If the painter had gone for anxiety treatment the therapist would probably have wanted to find out all about his past and how that might be driving his symptoms now. Depending on the person and therapy, this can be a fairly long and costly process.

Instead, using BWRT as an online therapy, the painter had his brain rewired to have the feeling of “satisfied calm” whenever he thought about painting.

After a few sessions the man’s neurons were firing through a new trigger created by his desired response of how he wanted to feel when he thought about completing a painting.

He didn’t need to know why he couldn’t finish a painting and he really didn’t care. He just wanted to be able to do what he loved again

Time and again, I’m finding BWRT to be the fastest therapy to treat a myriad of issues.
