The best online therapy. Period.

Covid-19 has made it impractical and even impossible for many people to see a therapist in person over the last 9 months. A wave of therapists migrating into online offices has begun.

At first, many clients have doubts that online therapy can be as effective as in-person sessions. In fact, the results are in – we are finding a clear advantage to online therapy, categorizing e-sessions as an asset rather than a detriment.

Just think about it. If you’re limited to face-to-face appointments, you are severely limiting your choice of therapist to those practicing within a short commute of where you live.

With online therapy you have the entire world to choose from to find that perfect fit.

Furthermore, for in-person sessions you have to get dressed, look up directions, drive or ride public transport, and often come directly from work and other stressors.

With online therapy you can do sessions from the comfort of your own home, in your pajamas, and usually outside of ‘normal’ office hours.

The more relaxed you are, the more effective your therapy sessions will be.

Some therapies are not always suited to online work, and technical issues like a freezing screen can derail others. Luckily with my BWRT practice, I had a seamless transition into online therapy.

BWRT is the best online therapy as it’s fast, effective and easily understood, so the client listening on the other side of the world can get great results fast.

Best of all, if the connection drops in mid session, BWRT can be picked straight back up where we left off with no detriment to the effectiveness of treatment. We don’t have to try to get the client back into a hypnotic state or certain mindframe because there is no state to get into.

You are fully conscious and following along with the process.

Our conclusion after nine months of the new normal is that online therapy is not only suited to BWRT, but it’s actually preferable.
